The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and close to the metro. There was a supermarket across the street where we could buy food to prepare in our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. we had a pleasant experience.

There was only one minor issue with the hotel. We had to pay for breakfast, which was a bit disappointing considering the overall cost of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to Termini, the main train station in the city. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms, washrooms, and towels was remarkable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a common area equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, which made it easy for us to enjoy a quick snack or a hot cup of tea. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful, providing us with a map and detailed directions to various attractions in the city. Their friendliness and cooperation made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had the best stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, from my room to the bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a convenient lift and beautiful marble stairs. The location was superb, just minutes away from Castro Pretorio metro station and a short walk from the main train and bus stations. Plus, I felt safe as a solo traveler. The staff were incredibly nice and professional, making me feel right at home.

We loved the rooftop terrace with its stunning views. Despite the old elevator, we appreciated the charming building. Moreover, we enjoyed the convenient location and the friendly receptionist's excellent recommendations. Overall I highly recommend this spot.

The recently renovated hotel was a mix of hotel and hostel, with comfortable beds and new facilities. The bedroom and bathroom were cleaned every day, which was surprising for a hostel. The staff was also nice and helpful.

I experienced bed bugs during my stay. I found myself covered in bites and showed them to the hotel staff during check out.
